PUMPKIN PIE GREEN SMOOTHIE

I couldn’t believe how delicious PUMPKIN smoothie was at first sip. It makes the perfect fall for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or afternoon snack. The ingredients are really SO simple you likely have them in your pantry right now. Pumpkin purée is blended ripe banana, coconut milk, pumpkin pie spice and spinach!



INGREDIENTS: 
 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
 1/3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 Peeled banana
1 cup of young spinach
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup light coconut milk
1/2 water
2-4 ice cubes 


Instructions:


Add all the ingredients to blender and blend till creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
If you feel it is too thick than add coconut milk. Now, Taste it and adjust flavors as you wish.

For pumpkin flavor, add more pumpkin pie spice.
 For sweetness, add more banana or a bit more vanilla protein powder .
 Serve it immediately Because it is Best when fresh.
