Ingredients:
› 7oz or 200g mixed lettuce leaves
› ½ cucumber
› 3–4 tomatoes
› 1 medium carrot
› 1 spring onion, chopped (optional)
› 4 teaspoons sweet corn (optional)
› 1 stick celery, chopped (optional)
Dressing
› 3 tablespoon
s olive oil
› 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
› 1 teaspoon of runny honey
› 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
› pinch of salt if desired
› pepper

Tossed Green Salad Recipe:
Dressing
1. Place all ingredients in jar with a secure lid.
2. Make sure lid is on tightly.
3. Shake well to mix ingredients together.
Salad
1. Wash, drain and gently pat the lettuce leaves.
2. Tear leaves into small pieces.
3. Wash, dry and slice cucumber.
4. Wash tomatoes and cut each into eight pieces.
5. Wash, peel and grate carrot.
6. Mix lettuce, cucumber and
tomatoes in large bowl.
